Description

A speed-oriented ALL-AROUND racket that combines high elasticity with sharp downward whipping angle. It delivers a crisp, powerful hitting feel with agile handling, making it ideal for players excel at controlling the pace.

METALLIC CARBON FIBER - The introduction of METALLIC CARBON FIBER (metal + carbon fibre) into the rackets. This ensures a unique and elastic feeling, guaranteeing an unparalleled hitting experience.

HARD CORED TECHNOLOGY – Inspired by Helicopter rotor blade technology – the multi-layered structure made of carbon fibre and composites, minimises material size and reinforces handling feel and performance.

ANTI-TORSION SYSTEM – The smaller angle of twist in the shaft material is the key to an optimal power transmission and anti-torsion performance.

WES 3.0 – Brand new shaft layering design with more directly force transmission, a steeper downward angle, and advanced whipping effect.

REBOUND SHIELD – Introducing highly resilient and durable glass fibre into the multilayered design of the frame to provide better elasticity and comfort while hitting.

FREE CORE – Designed by computer simulation and aided with the adoption of injection moulding technique, this revolutionised handle style allows the shaft to move more freely, which can not only make swings smoother but also improve the overall handling experience.

PYROFIL – An advanced carbon fibre with high performance and ultra-light material from Japan. It offers excellent shock absorption and enhances handling in every single game.

SEVEN SIX76 - The single-pass grommet hole construction creates less friction between strings, this effectively reduces tension loss, while extending string life.

DYNAMIC-HEX - A breakthrough from traditional hexagonal frame-different types of frame structures are integrated into the upper, middle and lower parts of the frame based on the racket setting to optimize stability and swing smoothness.

NANO FORTIFY TR – Introducing the TORAYCA®PREPREG material from Toray, a leading carbon fibre manufacturer from Japan, NANO FORTIFY TR not only upgrades the elasticity and impact resistance, but also enables excellent exercise performance, which further provides greater repulsion, easy-yet-smooth shot-making, and advanced racket-handling experience.

NANO AEROGEL – the world´s lightest solid, is infused into the frame. By reallocating the weight balance of the frame and increasing the use of carbon fibre, both the frame´s strength and hitting feel are effectively elevated.

POWERRING PRO - The technology seamlessly integrates the shaft with FREE CORE, elevating the elasticity to another level and bringing out the full potential of the racket.

Head heavy or head light badminton racket?

Head heavy puts more weight behind a smash and suits singles and attacking play. Head light is faster to react with at the net and is the usual choice for doubles, where exchanges are quicker. Even balance splits the difference and is the safest first racket.

What does shaft flex mean?

Flex describes how much the shaft bends during a swing. A flexible shaft loads and releases with a slower arm, so it does some of the work for you and suits beginners and social players. A stiff shaft only releases if you swing fast, and gives control and accuracy in return. Buying too stiff too early is the most common mistake.

What string tension should I use?

Lower tensions around 20 to 22lb give a trampoline effect and more forgiveness, which suits most club players. Higher tensions of 24lb and above give control and a crisper feel but demand a clean strike and break sooner. Start low and work up.

What is the difference between feather and nylon shuttles?

Feather shuttles fly and decelerate the way the game is designed around, and are what all competitive play uses, but they break quickly. Nylon shuttles last far longer and cost much less, which makes them right for practice, clubs and casual play. Most players use both.
