Continuing the evolution of our best-selling franchise, the Rush Pro 4.5 builds on the innovations of the 4.0 with new upgrades that improve breathability, support and abrasion resistance.

The engineered mesh upper has a graduated pattern, with a larger hole mesh toward the front to promote airflow and a tighter mesh toward the heel for support. A larger, integrated medial mud guard provides all-around protection and support, while the enlarged rubber drag pad on the lateral side is extra thick to resist abrasion and anatomically shaped to follow the foot's profile.

The Lightweight Energy Cell EVA foam under the forefoot provides cushioning on impact, then responds to help you spring back into position. Sleek, durable and providing multidirectional support, the Rush Pro puts your game on a great foundation, whatever the playing surface.

FIT: Contoured Support
Sock-like construction hugs your foot for form-fitting comfort, and engineered mesh enhances breathable support.

FEEL: Cushioned Responsiveness
Dual foam cushioning works in sync with an improved split TPU chassis to soften impacts, stabilize footing and provide explosive responsiveness.

FUNCTION: Tennis - Hard Court / Clay Court
Play with power, control and confidence, no matter the court surface.

Can I play in running shoes?

No, and it is the most common cause of avoidable court injuries. Running shoes are built for forward motion, with soft cushioning and a narrow base. Racket sports involve constant lateral movement and hard stops, which is exactly when a running shoe rolls. Court shoes have a wider, flatter platform and reinforced sidewalls for that reason.

What is the difference between hard court and clay court shoes?

Hard court soles use denser, more abrasion-resistant rubber and often carry a wear guarantee, because hard courts destroy soles. Clay soles use a full herringbone pattern so the tread clears and grips through a slide. All-court is the compromise if you play on both, and it is what most club players want.

Do padel shoes need to be different?

Padel is played on artificial grass dressed with sand, so the outsole needs to bite without clogging. A herringbone or mixed pattern works, which is why clay-court tennis shoes are a common substitute. A smooth hard-court sole will slide when you do not want it to.

How long should court shoes last?

For a player on court twice a week, six to nine months is typical before the outsole and midfoot support go. Cushioning fails before the upper looks worn, so shoes that still look fine can already have stopped protecting you.
