Description;

The Victor Auraspeed 90K Metallic Badminton Racket is the new weapon of choice for singles champion Anders Antonsen.

This racket boasts a whole host of incredible technologies to give you the best possible chance of beating your opponent and providing you with the exceptional feel you expect from a Victor racket. Featuring Pyrfil carbon, this advanced, high performance carbon offers incredible shock absorption and enhances handling.

If you're looking for a high level racket that can do it all, from powerful smashes to close net control, then the Aurapspeed 90K Metallic is for you!

METALLIC CARBON SHAFT – (metal + carbon fibre) helps to boost the speed of shots and the power of smashes, allowing for sharp and accurate manoeuvrability.

NANO FORTIFY TR+ - Built on the strength of the NANO FORTIFY TR, the NANO FORTIFY TR+ is engineered with an advanced, more durable carbon-fibre that is firm but offers pleasing resilience and feeling.

ANTI-TORSION SYSTEM – The smaller angle of twist in the shaft material is the key to an optimal power transmission and anti-torsion performance.

PYROFIL – An advanced carbon fibre with high performance and ultra-light material from Japan. It offers excellent shock absorption and enhances handling in every single game.

DYNAMIC-SWORD – features an inward-cutting frame structure in the 6/12 o’clock direction, and an outward-cutting frame structure in the 3/9 o’clock direction, which is designed to imitate the aerodynamics of a sword blade cutting through the air, making each swing swift and sharp.

REBOUND SHIELD – Introducing highly resilient and durable glass fibre into the multilayered design of the frame to provide better elasticity and comfort while hitting.

SEVEN SIX76 - The single-pass grommet hole construction creates less friction between strings, this effectively reduces tension loss, while extending string life.

WES – The Whipping Enhancement System incorporates a softer material in a specific part of the shaft near the throat, enhancing the racket head acceleration in a “whipping” style which helps create steeper and quicker attacks with satisfying control.

Head heavy or head light badminton racket?

Head heavy puts more weight behind a smash and suits singles and attacking play. Head light is faster to react with at the net and is the usual choice for doubles, where exchanges are quicker. Even balance splits the difference and is the safest first racket.

What does shaft flex mean?

Flex describes how much the shaft bends during a swing. A flexible shaft loads and releases with a slower arm, so it does some of the work for you and suits beginners and social players. A stiff shaft only releases if you swing fast, and gives control and accuracy in return. Buying too stiff too early is the most common mistake.

What string tension should I use?

Lower tensions around 20 to 22lb give a trampoline effect and more forgiveness, which suits most club players. Higher tensions of 24lb and above give control and a crisper feel but demand a clean strike and break sooner. Start low and work up.

What is the difference between feather and nylon shuttles?

Feather shuttles fly and decelerate the way the game is designed around, and are what all competitive play uses, but they break quickly. Nylon shuttles last far longer and cost much less, which makes them right for practice, clubs and casual play. Most players use both.
