Shipping:
We currently use the 'Yodel' for all deliveries. Whilst UK Deliveries are free, you can 'upgrade' to an expedited 24hr delivery on checkout in the UK if required. We also use 'TNT' for all international deliveries. All items are shipped insured. Goods paid for by 2pm on any working day will be dispatched the same working day. Please note this does not apply during holiday periods and if you place your order over a weekend it will not be dispatched until the Monday. Please wait 7 days before contacting us if the item has not arrived. .
Payment Processing:
We use easy and Secure 'Card checkout' checkout process, in addition to the option of using your Paypal account to pay, and of course you can always phone in and pay with your card, if you choose.
Privacy Policy:
We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with 3rd Parties.
Cancellations - Returns and Refunds:
We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item; please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Please Note:- Cancellations / Returns will only be accepted if received within 7 days of the customer receiving the goods. For hygiene reasons the cellophane will still need to be on the racket handle with no sign of usage on the racket. Additionally none of the brands give any warranty on string breakage as this is an unquantifiable problem. On receipt of the returned item and its satisfactory inspection, refunds will be issued usually within 3 business days.Please note that we are not responsible for refunding your postage charge should the item be returned due to the fact it is not to your personal liking upon arrival with you,in this situation the return postage cost is the buyer's responsibility.
Where an item has been returned and is clearly faulty we will of course refund postage charges in full.
Warranty:
We warranty and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. Please note due to the nature of the sport many rackets are covered by a 2 month warrenty.
Racket strings - Please note that none of the racket manufacturers will guarantee racket strings therefore we are unable to accept returns due to string breakage. If you would like to upgrade your racket strings please contact us before placing your order.
Hockey Sticks - Sticks are provided with a warranty that covers manufacturers’ defects for a period of 60 days. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from the playing of the game, misuse or abuse, chipping, and/or cosmetic changes that do not affect the functionality of the product. It is important to note that warranties do not cover breakages because of using the edge of the stick for hitting, and the life of the stick is likely to be dramatically reduced if a player uses these types of techniques.
